Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscription and Auto-Pay

TuitionPay offers premium software tools for tutors and institutes via recurring monthly payments (Auto-Pay). Subscription fees, once successfully deducted for a specific billing cycle, are strictly non-refundable, as they provide instant access to our digital platform and premium features for that period.

2. Double or Failed Transactions

In the event of a technical glitch causing a double payment for the same billing cycle, please contact our support team at support@rbeeglobal.com within 3 days. If a genuine duplicate payment is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Cancellation of Auto-Pay Mandate

Teachers or users can request the cancellation of their Auto-Pay mandate at any time. The cancellation must be done at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. Once cancelled, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further deductions will be made.
