SaaS Auto-Pay & Subscription Terms

These Auto-Pay and Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the recurring payment setup for the TuitionPay mobile application, operated by RBee Global ("we", "us", or "our"). By activating Auto-Pay (e-Mandate) to access premium ledger and management features on the TuitionPay app, you ("User", "Teacher", "Tutor", or "Institute") explicitly agree to these Terms.

1. Authorization of Recurring Payments

By opting into the Premium Auto-Pay feature, you authorize TuitionPay and our payment aggregator (Razorpay) to automatically charge your linked payment method for the monthly or annual software subscription charges. These charges will be deducted automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to your student management dashboard.

2. Billing Cycle and Notifications

• Billing Frequency: Payments will be processed on the scheduled due date of your subscription plan every month.
• Pre-Debit Notification: In compliance with RBI guidelines on e-Mandates, you will receive a pre-debit notification via SMS/Email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled deduction.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

You can cancel your SaaS Auto-Pay mandate at any time without any hidden penalties.

• To stop the next billing cycle, cancel the mandate at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment date.
• How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from the app dashboard or via the link provided in the pre-debit notification. Alternatively, contact support@rbeeglobal.com.

4. Payment Failures & Bounced Mandates

If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds, your premium access to TuitionPay may be downgraded to the free tier. We do not charge bounce fees, but your bank may levy charges for mandate failures, for which TuitionPay is not responsible.
